At QDOS Cricket, we believe cricket is more than just a game. It’s about passion, dedication, teamwork and the constant drive to improve. Our aim is to provide cricketers with equipment they can trust, helping players feel confident and perform at their best every time they step onto the pitch.
QDOS is a cricket equipment brand designed by Somerset County Sports and Devon County Sports, bringing together years of experience in cricket retail, equipment and the needs of players at every level. Built on a genuine passion for the game, QDOS represents our commitment to developing equipment that reflects what cricketers want and need.
Our Heritage
QDOS is backed by two established cricket specialists with deep roots in the South West of England.
Somerset County Sports was established in 2005 at the Cooper Associates County Ground in Taunton. Since opening, the business has grown into a leading specialist supplier of cricket equipment, teamwear and sports clothing. Its long-standing partnership with Somerset County Cricket Club reflects a continued commitment to supporting the game, from grassroots cricket through to the professional environment.
Devon County Sports followed in 2010, opening in Paignton to serve cricketers and sports teams across Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West. As the sister business to Somerset County Sports, it shares the same focus on specialist equipment, knowledgeable advice and helping players find the right products for their needs.
Together, these businesses bring extensive retail experience, established relationships within the cricket community and an understanding of what players look for in their equipment. QDOS builds on that foundation, combining this experience with a dedicated brand designed for today's cricketers.
Our Philosophy
At QDOS, we believe every player deserves the opportunity to play with confidence. Whether you're picking up a bat for the first time, representing your local club or competing at a higher level, having equipment suited to your game matters.
Our approach is centred on three key principles:
- Performance: Equipment designed with the needs of cricketers in mind.
- Quality: A focus on the materials, construction and details that matter on the pitch.
- Value: Helping players find equipment that meets their needs and represents their investment.
Supporting Every Cricketer
Cricket is a game for everyone, and we want QDOS to be part of every player's journey. From junior cricketers developing their skills to experienced players looking to take their game further, our ambition is to make equipment that players are proud to use.
With the experience of Somerset County Sports and Devon County Sports behind us, we understand the importance of listening to players, learning from the cricket community and continually striving to deliver products that meet their expectations.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to combine the experience and heritage of two established cricket specialists with a forward-thinking equipment brand that puts players first.
QDOS Cricket — Built on experience. Driven by passion. Designed for the game.
